01 — Brief & Site Review
Free 30-minute call, then paid discovery workshop (NOK 8,500). We assess lease drawings, extraction, and power capacity.
02 — Concept
Mood boards, layout options, and budget estimate within three weeks. One revision round included.
03 — Technical Design
Construction drawings, MEP coordination, station joinery details, and lighting calculations for contractor tender.
04 — Build Phase
Weekly site visits, snagging, and coordination with chair installation. Typical build 8–14 weeks.
05 — Opening
Styling, photography handoff, and staff walkthrough on equipment placement and maintenance access.
Payment: 35% concept, 35% technical approval, 30% before opening styling.
