Terms for design services by Evagi Innan AS and use of evagiinnan.pics.
Engagement
Design services governed by signed contract superseding website summaries. Fees in NOK; MVA added per Norwegian law. Payment schedule as stated in proposal.
Intellectual Property
Designs remain our property until final payment; then client receives licence to build the agreed scheme at specified premises. Portfolio use permitted unless excluded in contract.
Client Duties
Timely feedback, accurate lease information, and building permit responsibility unless explicitly included. Delays from client-side approvals may incur re-scheduling fee from NOK 4,200.
Liability
Liability capped at design fees paid. Not liable for contractor workmanship. Consumer complaints via Forbrukertilsynet.
